Tiny Book Necklaces for Book Week!

Thank you so much to Quincy's mum Brigitte who spent time in our classroom today telling the story of the Swiss Legend 'The Devil's Bridge' - the children were on the edge of their seats in suspense!

She also took time to show us the world's smallest book as well as explained how we could make them ourselves.

We used the afternoon to make our own tiny books and turned them into necklaces.  Fantastic for fine motor skills as well as a lot of fun! A great Book Week activity.

  1. These look amazing Room 17! I can just imagine tiny, little messages written in those tiny, little books! They'd also make a great home-made gift for someone. From Mrs T
